Ken and Grace Evenstad, founders of acclaimed Oregon producer Domaine Serene released their Pinot dreams when they purchased Burgundy estate Château de la Crée in 2015 (I mean, who doesn’t want to own a historic Burgundy domaine). This Cuvée is a blend of Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards throughout the Côte de Beaune, a region once farmed by the legendary Knights Templar.
