Rapport is an independently owned wine bar and restaurant featuring 80 wines on tap, an artfully curated assortment of local beer & ciders, hand-crafted cocktails and menu options that include local & imported cheeses, locally produced charcuterie, unique flatbreads, seasonal seafood and shellfish, house-made pastries and desserts. We are open daily for happy hour, dinner, seasonal outdoor dining, private groups and catering.

Rapport features several dining options for larger groups. There is no room fee attached to booking any of our private dining spaces. However, Food and Beverage Minimums do apply. *Seasonal rates may apply for events between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.

THE WINE TABLE – This table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, perfect for small meetings or intimate social gatherings. The room is set with one long table and high-backed stools. 

THE TASTING ROOM – Located along our west-facing windows, this long table can comfortably seat up to 18 guests. This space is ideal for larger groups looking to enjoy RAPPORT hospitality in a semi-private setting. A further 12 guests can join from the adjoining stand-up style tables located along the window (an additional minimum spend applies).

THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE – This relaxed space in the stylish back section of the RAPPORT dining room can accommodate 20 at our low comfortable couches and cocktail tables. Perfect for the easy-going group that doesn’t require a structured seating arrangement. This space can be extended to accommodate up to 30 people if desired (an additional minimum spend applies).

THE NORTH WINE ROOM – This area encompasses THE TASTING ROOM, THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE plus additional space which combined can accommodate up to 45 guests. This space is perfect for a larger group that prefer to mingle, nosh and sip throughout the space. 

THE SIDE PATIO –  We have a large patio area perfect for an al fresco party which can accommodate up to 25 guests on our wine barrel tables. The space is available in the warmer months and is not heated. The space can be extended inside by our beer taps for an indoor outdoor experience. 

RESTAURANT BUYOUT – A restaurant buyout may consist of closing the lounge, the dining room or the entire restaurant to accommodate private events that needs a larger space. A buyout fee plus food & beverage minimums associated with these types of events will apply. Please inquire with our sales team for details regarding Restaurant Buyouts

OFFSITE CATERING – RAPPORT is glad to create a customized menu for your specific event at your home, office or other venue.

PARKING – There is ample street parking and pay lots within a block of RAPPORT. A limited amount of complimentary parking is available in the garage located on the northwest side of the building

MENUS – In order to guarantee a seamless experience for you and your guests; we generally require a custom/limited menu for groups of more than 15 guests. Our team will develop a custom menu specifically for your event created from our Private Dining menu which changes seasonally. We require that menus are finalized 5 days prior to your event. We are happy to print a custom menu for your event on request.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES – All beverage packages are included in the food & beverage minimums. We are happy to work with your group to create the ideal choice for your guests. With 80 wines and 9 beer on tap, guests have a wonderful range of self dispensing options. Dispensing cards can be set up with a set amount of credit for each guest (for instance $25 or $50) or cards track what is poured. Seasonal cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages are also available from the bar (paid separate to the dispensing cards).

DEPOSIT – A deposit of 50% of the food & beverage minimum is required to hold all reservations. A credit card is taken for all private and semi-private events. The deposit will only be charged if there is a no-show / no-cancellation per our policy below.


CANCELLATION POLICY – Our contract stipulate cancellations less than three business days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit. If an event if cancelled between four and seven business days prior to the event, that deposit may be applied to a future event if booked within thirty days.

DETAILS – We charge a $3 per guest dessert fee for cakes and other desserts brought into the restaurant from an outside bakery. We will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requests, please let us know about any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible.
