Rapport is an independently owned wine bar and restaurant featuring over 90 wines on tap, an artfully curated assortment of local beer & ciders, hand-crafted cocktails and menu options that include local & imported cheeses, locally produced charcuterie, unique flatbreads, seasonal seafood and shellfish, house-made pastries and desserts. We are open daily for happy hour, dinner, seasonal outdoor dining, private groups and catering.

Rapport features several dining options for larger groups. There is no room fee attached to booking any of our private dining spaces. However, Food and Beverage Minimums do apply. *Seasonal rates may apply for events between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.

THE WINE TABLE – This table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, perfect for small meetings or intimate social gatherings. The room is set with one long table and high-backed stools. A $600 food & beverage minimum applies. You may reserve this space by contacting

THE TASTING ROOM – Located along our west-facing windows, this long table can comfortably seat up to 18 guests. (An additional 12 guests can also join from the adjoining stand-up style tables located along the window) This space is ideal for larger groups looking to enjoy RAPPORT hospitality in a semi-private setting. THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE – This relaxed space in the stylish back section of the RAPPORT dining room seats 20 at our low comfortable couches and cocktail tables. Perfect for the easy-going group that doesn’t require a structured seating arrangement. An $800 food & beverage minimum applies. You may reserve this space by contacting

THE NORTH WINE ROOM – This area encompasses THE TASTING ROOM, THE COCKTAIL LOUNGE plus additional space for up to 50 guests. This space is perfect for a mingling group that prefer to nosh and sip throughout the space. A $2500 food & beverage minimum applies. You may reserve this space by contacting

RESTAURANT BUYOUT – A restaurant buyout may consist of closing the lounge, the dining room or the entire restaurant to accommodate private events that needs a larger space. There are premium event space fees and food & beverage minimums associated with these types of events. Please inquire with our sales team for details regarding Restaurant Buyouts











OFFSITE CATERING – RAPPORT is glad to create a customized menu for your specific event at your home, office or other venue.


LOCATION – 700 Broadway, Seattle WA 98102. North end of Seattle’s Broadway district

PARKING – There is ample street parking and pay lots within a block of RAPPORT. A limited amount of complimentary parking is available in the garage located on the northwest side of the building

MENUS – In order to guarantee a seamless experience for you and your guests; we generally require a custom/limited menu for groups of more than (12) guests. Our team will develop a custom menu specifically for your event created from our Private Dining menu which changes seasonally. (Please refer to menus below) We require that menus are finalized 72 hours prior to your event. We are happy to print a custom menu for your event on request.

BEVERAGE PACKAGES – All beverage packages are included in the food & beverage minimums. We are happy to work with your group to create the ideal choice for your guests. Our Woodinville package includes a $25 wine card for each guest. Our Champagne package includes a $50 wine card with access to upper end sparkling wines and other highly sought-after vintage selections. Our Ultimate package includes a $75 wine card for each guest intended for those seeking a more refined wine tasting experience. (All beverage cards are non-refundable)

BOOKING – To secure a private room, please contact David at 206-705-9500 during regular business hours or send your inquiry to We will place a hold on the date for 48 hours. A signed contract along with a deposit is required to secure the date.


DEPOSIT – A deposit of 50% of the food & beverage minimum is required to hold all reservations. A credit card is taken for all private and semi-private events and the deposit to will be charged at the time of the reservation to hold the space.


CANCELLATION POLICY – Our contract stipulate cancellations less than three business days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit. If an event if cancelled between four and seven business days prior to the event, that deposit may be applied to a future event if booked within thirty days.

DETAILS – We charge a $3 per guest dessert fee for cakes and other desserts brought into the restaurant from an outside bakery. We will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requests, please let us know about any allergies or restrictions as soon as possible.
