Zweigelt is a crossing of traditional Austrian varietal Blaufränkisch and St.-Laurent and is now the single most widely grown red grape in Austria. Made by super nice guy Claus Preisinger, who works harmoniously with nature and whose wines encapsule joy, elegance and undeniable drinkability. ‘Kieselstein’ refers to the small pebbles that are abundant in this particular parcel, adding a nice mineral character to the stellar wine.
