The citizens of Lyon know how to eat and drink, with some of the most famous Michelin star restaurants in the world. Their bistro scene is even livelier. On the drinking side, the Lyonnaise crush gallons of ubiquitous Côtes du Rhône and Gamay; the latter often from Beaujolais but also found all around the outskirts of the city.
