GSM is winemaker speak for Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, the classic southern Rhône blend. Eastern Washington’s climate and soils are particularly well suited to these grapes, which thrive in the hot & dry conditions. Allobroges (an ancient land of Gallic people in Roman times) is Gilbert’s homage to those great Rhône wines, which combine beautiful fruit with power and finesse. Taste and feel the connection.
