Rapport is Seattle’s first self pour experience, allowing customers to dispense their own wines & beers from a huge selection of local and international offerings. Whether comparing a Washington Cabernet to your favorite Bordeaux, or pouring one of our hard to find local beers, the freedom is yours at Rapport. Also offering artisan small batched roast coffee and espresso during the day, plus our unique ‘bottled and barreled’ craft cocktails in the evening. Finally don’t forget Chef Mike Law’s farm inspired house-made fare, available morning, noon and night. Rapport — Explore, Pour, Eat, Drink, Repeat!
COFFEE
We serve a selection of coffee, espresso, tea, and other eye openers to get your day off on the right foot every day at 7am. We've partnered with local micro roaster, QED Coffee, to deliver a great coffee experience. Our kitchen cooks up a selection of freshly baked biscuits, salads, flatbreads and sandwiches that pair perfectly with a latte or a glass of Mystic Kombucha. Day drinking is also encouraged!
FOOD
Letting the ingredients speak for themselves, we've formed a bond with local growers & producers such as Preservation Meats Collective and Tuk Muk farms in the Sammamish Valley. A refined-rustic approach. From homey breakfast dishes, salads, flatbreads & sandwiches to a full dinner menu showcasing local meat and produce. Sharing a love of the region & the warmth of a southern heritage. We want the food to be fun and match the wines that are freely flowing.
WINE
We're all about making wine fun, approachable and pronounceable. Our artisan wine selection spans the globe, from epic never-tried-before bottles to easy-going thirst quenchers. Whether a small unknown PNW producer, or a great classic from Europe, we love highlighting wines made with passion, dedication and good old fashion know-how. Nothing stuffy or snooty allowed here!
BEER
We serve up craft beers from the Northwest's best breweries. And yes….you can get your Hazy IPA. We have a little something for everyone along with some eclectic, hard to find pours. We also fill Crowlers to go and also have a selection of bottled and canned beer.
COCKTAILS
We keep it simple, fresh and just plain really good. Our "barreled and bottled" cocktail program ensures a delicious drink every time. We use local spirits and in season ingredients for some new twists on timeless classics. Enjoy it with us, when that's actually possible, or take a few home to enjoy in your backyard or living room.
SERVICE
Let our staff guide you through our menu of familiar yet interesting food and beverages. Rapport's self pour tap system gives you the opportunity to try a variety of wine and beer. Exploration is encouraged.
